1. App Purpose

BhooMeter 360 is a digital land-measurement and land-services platform that may include GPS-based measurement, map-based measurement, manual measurement, tractor measurement, land valuation support, FSI support, land project management, and related workflows.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, BhooMeter 360 is intended for informational, planning, workflow, and estimation purposes only.

2. GPS and Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer

BhooMeter 360 does not guarantee that land measurements, distance calculations, or mapped boundaries will be perfectly accurate in every field condition or on every device.

• GPS signal quality and satellite availability
• Device hardware and sensor quality
• Compass, motion, and location service calibration
• Internet connectivity and map data availability
• Environmental conditions, terrain, trees, buildings, or interference
• User walking path, speed, boundary selection, and measurement method

3. FSI and Valuation Disclaimer

FSI outputs, valuation outputs, and similar calculations in BhooMeter 360 are estimates generated from available configuration data, rules, assumptions, and user-provided inputs.

• FSI results may depend on user inputs, selected plot details, applicable locality rules, planning assumptions, and configuration data available in the system.
• Valuation results may depend on user inputs, market assumptions, configured rates, comparable logic, regional factors, and data completeness.
• These outputs may change as product logic, regulatory inputs, area assumptions, or market conditions change over time.

4. Feature Status and Continuous Improvement

Some features may evolve over time as BhooMeter 360 improves product logic, configuration coverage, valuation methods, GPS handling, and user experience.

Users are responsible for independently reviewing important outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, regulatory, registration, or business decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and only for legitimate purposes.
• Verify measurements, FSI results, and valuation outputs independently before making important decisions.
• Provide accurate information where the app asks for inputs, plot data, or property details.
• Post a land listing only when you own the land or have current authority from the owner to advertise it, and identify whether you are an owner, representative, broker/agent, or developer.
• Keep listing availability, price, area, location, photographs, land category, access, zoning or conversion claims, and contact information current and not misleading.
• Do not upload forged documents, impersonate an owner, duplicate another person's listing, conceal a broker/agent role, or request advance payments through deceptive claims.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and device access.

6. Location Usage

Location data is used to support land measurement and related in-app workflows. Certain measurement flows may continue an active, user-started tracking session while the app is briefly minimized or the device screen turns off, subject to device permissions and platform behavior.

7. Marketplace, Listings, and Third-Party Information

Submitting a listing sends it to BhooMeter 360 for marketplace review; it does not publish immediately. We may approve, reject, request corrections, suspend, deactivate, expire, or remove a listing based on completeness, consistency, duplication, complaints, safety, legal requirements, or marketplace policy. Review timing is an operational target and is not guaranteed.

An approved listing becomes publicly discoverable only after an authorised admin publishes it. Approval means that BhooMeter completed its defined marketplace-content review using the information reasonably available at that time. Approval does not mean that BhooMeter is the seller, broker, agent, surveyor, valuer, advocate, title insurer, government authority, or party to a transaction.

A label such as Listing reviewed, Seller identity verified, Land record details matched, Site verified, or Legal due diligence completed applies only to the specific check described with that label and its date. No badge or admin approval guarantees ownership, clear or marketable title, absence of encumbrances or disputes, survey accuracy, boundaries, area, access rights, zoning, land use, NA or conversion status, approvals, price, availability, financing, or legal transferability.

Sellers remain responsible for all submitted statements, documents, photographs, authority claims, and updates. BhooMeter may share rejection reasons or correction requests with the seller and retain moderation records to operate and protect the marketplace.

Users may report a public listing honestly and with relevant facts. Knowingly false, retaliatory, automated, or abusive reports may be rate-limited or restricted. BhooMeter may temporarily hide or remove a reported listing while or after reviewing the available information. An affected seller may submit one appeal with relevant supporting information; the appeal does not guarantee restoration.

Buyers and other users must independently inspect the land, verify seller authority and identity, obtain current official land and registration records, check encumbrances and litigation, confirm boundaries through an appropriately qualified surveyor, verify planning and land-use restrictions, and obtain independent legal, tax, and financial advice before paying money or entering a transaction.

8. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Certain features may require a paid plan, active subscription, or promotional trial. Free trial access, subscription benefits, and payment handling may vary based on the current product plan and payment provider.

Payment processing may be handled by authorized third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

9. Ads and Third-Party Services

Some versions of BhooMeter 360 may display advertisements or use third-party SDKs for messaging, payments, mapping, or related services. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party services beyond our legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BhooMeter 360 and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, legal, commercial, agricultural, or financial losses arising from reliance on measurement results, valuation outputs, FSI estimates, or user-supplied data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
